The FFM100 can update your existing NMEA2000 network to include engine fuel rate. Several components are needed to offer you calculative information for Fuel management such as distance to empty, time to empty, and fuel consumption, to name a few. The DSM150, DSM250 and N2KView displays need the following devices to deliver a comprehensive Fuel Management monitoring system:

GPS Speed
Fuel rate
Tank level measurement

Some Maretron devices need to be configured to ensure that sensor information is transmitted accurately.
