N2KView Configuration Offline - Alerts & Cameras

For users setting up or reviewing N2KView configurations while off the vessel, they will identify that some viewing content may not be available to access such as Alerts and Cameras.

 

In order to acquire access to such features, we will take advantage of the Demo Mode feature.

 

When initializing N2KView, select Enter Demo Mode.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You will be able to identify if you are in Demo Mode with the Demo stamp located in the upper left-hand corner as well as actively displaying values within the gauge components.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

While in Demo mode, load your custom configuration that you wish to view.

Alerts Management 

With your custom configuration loaded

-        Tap on the display to reveal the tabs and select Commands & Settings

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

-        Alerts Setup

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

-        Alert Table Editor

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You now have full access to Create, Edit or Delete any alert parameters.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Camera Management

With your custom configuration loaded

-        Tap on the display to reveal the tabs and select Commands & Settings

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

-        Cameras Setup
