The Micro/Mid Powertap tee has five wires; how should I connect them to my 12V DC?

The Micro/Mid Powertap has five individual wires on the opposite end of the tee connector.

Connect the white and brown wire conductors to a 4 to 6 amp in-line fuse or breaker in order to independently protect each side of the NMEA2000^(R) network. Connect your in-line fuses or breakers to a 9-16 Volts DC source.

Then secure the gray, blue, and black conductors to DC negative/ground.

You can verify your NMEA2000^(R) bus power by connecting the N2KMeter to your network and select option #4.
