How do I perform a cold start on the GPS100 using the DSM250 Display?

To perform a cold start on the GPS100 using the Maretron DSM150, DSM200, or DSM250 display.
Enter menu mode, scroll to "Configuration..." and press enter. Scroll to "Device Configuration..." and press enter. Scroll to the GPS100 and press enter. Scroll to "Cold start GPS Engine..." and press enter.
Press the back button four times to return to the main screen.
