You reset the J2K100 to transmit the factory default messages using Maretron’s DSM250 display in the following way. Enter menu mode, scroll to "Configuration?" and press enter. Scroll to "Device Configuration?" and press enter. Scroll to the row containing the J2K100 and press enter. Scroll to "Reset Factory Defaults" and press enter twice. Beware that resetting factory defaults resets all settings back to factory defaults, not just the transmitted messages.
