How do I display the J2K100 engine speed or tachometer on Maretron’s DSM150, DSM200, or DSM250 display?

You display the J2K100 tachometer on a DSM150, DSM200, or DSM250 in the following way.

  1. Enter menu mode, scroll to "Favorite Screen Setup..." and press
  2. Scroll to the favorite screen where you would like to view the tachometer and press
  3. Scroll to "Data:" and press
  4. Scroll to "Engine #x" where x is the engine instance you want to view (instance 0 is single or port engine and instance 1 is the starboard engine) and press
  5. Scroll to "Tachometer" and press
  6. Press the key three times to exit menu mode and return to the normal viewing mode
  7. Scroll through your screens to the favorite screen you selected for tachometer
