Added the ability for the J2K100 to periodically request the 65266 Engine Hours parameter group from the monitored engine. This allows the display of Engine Hours on NMEA 2000 networks for engines which require the 65266 Engine Hours parameter group to be requested from the engine. This parameter is disabled by default, and may be enabled using a DSM150 or DSM250 display or the N2KAnalyzer software (using the DSM250 emulator).
