The WSO100 is an ultrasonic wind and weather station that measures apparent wind speed and direction, atmospheric pressure, humidity, and air temperature. Unlike other ultrasonic wind measurement devices, the WSO100 was designed specifically for the marine industry and provides accurate readings even when the vessel is pitching and rolling in rough seas. The WO100 has no moving parts to wear out or get caught in the rigging. All measurements are broadcast over the NMEA 2000 network where they can be viewed by any compatible NMEA 2000 display.
