What software changes have taken place with N2KView® Mobile ?

N2KView® Mobile is the  N2KView® product for the iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch and all Android devices including Nook color, and The Kindle Fire.

 

iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch.

 

With the change of the operating system on these devices to iOS 4.0, we have had to produce a new product that takes advantage of the new iOS features. Existing users who have the iOS 4.0 (or later) operating system installed should install the new N2KView® Mobile and delete the existing N2KView program.

 

Users with 2nd generation iPod Touch will not be able to upgrade to this version.

 

Android Users will be notified on their phone that an upgrade is available.

 

 


Changes in the N2KView® Mobile version 3.4.4 from version 3.4.3:

- Added m/s as an option for Wind Speed Units
- Corrected display of Degrees/Sec in Turn Rate
- Corrected crash on startup when 2nd N2KServer is used
- Changed “Connected” text to green, and reduced font size.
- Initialized Switch Controls correctly

Changes in the N2KView® version 3.4.1 from version 3.3:
- Support for Maretron Cloud Services
- New Controls etc to conform with N2KView 3.4.1

Changes in the N2KView® version 3.3 from version 3.2:
- New switch components, including momentary switches
- Support for Maretron DCR100, including the ability to display the switch current
- New Alerts : Burnt-Out-Bulb and Low-Current-When-On
- Compass Rose divisions changed to 10 degrees
- Added a second IP address to Connections Dialog
- Added a Reverse Rudder component
- Removed buttons from Video component when PTZ functionality is not available
