The N2KAnalyzer software can restore a device software if it is lost using the following method:
Select the affected device, right-click the highlighted row, select "Update selected device software". A window will prompt you to enter the device's part number you wish to load firmware for.

Enter the appropriate part number using the list provided below. Click "OK" to begin your update. Once the update is complete and successful you will receive a confirmation pop-up message.
