The N2KAnalyzer software can restore a devices software using the following method:
Select the affected device(represented by a row with light gray serial number shown), right-click to highlight the row, select "Update selected device software". A window will prompt you to enter the device's part number(found on the device label) you wish to load firmware to.

Enter the appropriate part number using the list provided below. Click "OK" to begin your update. Once the update is complete and successful you will receive a confirmation pop-up message.
